Burke Financial is an award-winning Ontario mortgage brokerage specializing in alternative and private mortgage solutions. We’re hiring Licensed Mortgage Agents Level 2 for a full-time, in-office Inside Sales role built for agents who want to stop chasing cold leads and focus on closing quality files.
In this role, you’ll work with performance-based, company-provided inbound leads, supported by structured coaching, proven systems, and a collaborative internal team, including dedicated Underwriters, to help move files forward efficiently.
This is a commission-only, performance-driven role designed for motivated agents who want scalable income and accountability.

What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for:
Working Warm Leads Daily
Connect, build trust, and guide clients toward the right financial solution.
Client Consultations
Lead structured discovery calls to understand each client’s financial situation, goals, and pain points.
Presenting Personalized Solutions
Present the most suitable solution based on each client’s unique goals and financial situation, ensuring it supports their long-term success.
Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience
Act as a trusted guide throughout the mortgage process, providing clear communication, timely updates, and personalized support to ensure clients feel confident and cared for from start to finish.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our CRM and ensure consistent follow-up and communication throughout the mortgage process.
Collaborate & Improve
Work closely with your Team Lead and participate in weekly 1-on-1 coaching to sharpen your skills, track your goals, and increase your earning potential.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ FSRA Level 2 Mortgage Agent License (Ontario)
✔ Minimum 2 years of mortgage sales and client-facing experience
✔ Highly coachable, organized, and motivated by performance-based income
✔ Strong communicator with a client-first mindset and emotional intelligence
✔ Proficient with technology and confident using CRMs and other digital tools
✔ Committed to full-time, in-office work (40 Hours a Week)
Compensation, Perks & Schedule:
Compensation Type: Commission + Performance Bonus
On-Target Earnings: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year
