Resource : Interview Process Guide
We want to help every candidate feel prepared and know exactly what to expect during the interview
-
1
Read over the job description
To get ready for your interview, it is best practice to read through the job description of the position you are applying for, to understand what your responsibilities are in that role.
-
2
Research about us
We like knowing that a candidate has taken their time in researching who we are as a com- pany, our values and the services we offer, because eventually you will need to explain to a future client or industry partner who you work for. Be prepared to speak on what you know about us.
-
3
Get ready to answer some behavioral-based questions
We want to understand how you’ve used the skills that you have, in action. Be ready to share with us examples of specific situations that you’ve been through and how you were able to navigate through those certain scenarios.
-
4
Come with Questions
We encourage curiosity about us and the role! Although we may be asking most of the questions, we want you to be able to communicate with us as well, that includes any clarifications you may have with a question that was asked.

5
Have your References Ready
Although it’s great to hear from you directly, we’d also like to speak with others that have worked with you previously to get a better understanding of who you are and how well you work with a team. Be prepared to have at least 3 references.
